A study through the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Shopper Protection tested 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 in the UAE and a few from Turkey. It identified that all 8 samples have been regarded as "defective". 5 on the products and solutions sampled contained fats besides cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in items labelled "chocolate"
